Education

Benard + Associates has developed and conducted numerous seminars and programs that educate the public, professionals and employers about investigation, mediation, conflict resolution and regulatory affairs.

We have developed orientation programs and educational modules for new investigators to assist them in learning the key components of investigations including legislative compliance, developing investigation plans, interviewing techniques, sourcing and gathering information, and dispute resolution methods.

Benard + Associates will provide education to employers and managers to assist them in learning how to de-escalate complaints and disputes so as to avoid matters becoming more complex and parties becoming more entrenched in their dispute. The ability to do this will assist your organization in conserving resources.

We can assist your organization with its ongoing educational needs through workshops, one to one coaching, or speaking at your events. Please visit our Events page for more information about current educational opportunities offered by Benard + Associates.

We also have a quarterly newsletter that goes out to almost one thousand subscribers. Our newsletter offers timely and informative articles that you may find useful in your ongoing professional development.
