Jo Taylor

Jo is a consultant, trainer and facilitator in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.

Educated in human resource management, change management and psychology, she is a skilled communicator, analyst and strategist - skills grown during more than 10 years of management experience and almost 15 years of consulting experience, both locally and nationally.

Jo currently runs her own Waterloo-based consulting business and she partners with Benard + Associates on projects where her expertise can benefit our clients. She has designed and delivered a variety of services and programs, including leading people through change; employee relations; organization design; training and coaching in leadership, team building, communication skills, and customer service; recruitment and selection; compensation, benefits, and pay equity.

Jo has served as both a member and as a chair of allocations committees for the K-W United Way, a board member of Regional Addiction & Family Counselling until its closing and, for several years, was a board member of the Grand Valley Human Resources Professionals Association.
