KIE DELGATY

Kie is a consultant and facilitator for public and private sector organizations, with special expertise in administrative law (human rights and privacy).  He was formerly a Regional Manager with the Ontario Human Rights Commission, and a Senior Privacy Investigator with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.  Kie has provided strategic consulting services to various federal and provincial government departments and private sector organizations with respect to organizational design and development, learning and development, and human resource planning.  He has extensive experience in conducting workplace reviews, and privacy and human rights investigations.  He has trained and coached managers and staff in human rights and privacy practice, and facilitated policy development, team building, values clarification, and operational planning exercises.
