Benard + Associates Scholarship Continues for 2022

Posted - January 26, 2022

In 2020 we launched a scholarship program that was supposed to be limited to one grade 12 student, who would receive $2500.00 to assist them in starting their post secondary educational journey. We received some amazing applications and we could not choose just one. So, we gave two $2500.00 scholarships to two young women who were very deserving. We are so proud and happy to say that our scholarship program is continuing and this year we are starting with two $2500.00 scholarships!

Dean Benard, President + CEO of Benard + Associates said, “The feeling of giving at this time, when so many people have been struggling, is amazing, and while that feeling of giving is so sweet, we have to remember that it is also our duty to do as much good as we can in this world. This is just one small part we can play”

As we said last year, when we started this – We believe that success is not achieved because a person has plenty of resources. Success comes from being resourceful even when resources are limited.

We want to grant these scholarships to two deserving grade 12 students who have financial need and have demonstrated their commitment to success. That commitment is demonstrated through personal growth, leadership, and contribution. We are looking for motivated people who aspire to making a positive impact in their world.”

At Benard + Associates we understand that not everyone has the opportunity to go to post secondary school. Many young people are talented, committed, and driven to succeed, but need a little help to get started. This Scholarship is designed to help people who have these attributes but have limited means to fund their education. Lack of ability to pay should not be a reason a promising young person is denied an education. It is hoped this contribution will make a difference for two young people to start their journey to achieving their goals.
